I submitted a Filing but haven’t gotten a response. It still shows in the Submitted status. What do I do?
Every Clerk and Court has their own internal processes and procedures that they must follow that affect processing times for Filings. At varying times, they may also face unusually high processing times or other delays. While GovLink can’t control these processing times, we may be able to help you determine if there is a problem with a Filing’s status, or if there is a submission issue. Please click the Chatlio link inside the GovLink application, or email us at info@govlink.us with the details, and we will check on the Filing for you to see if there is anything we can do, or help you contact the appropriate Court representative for follow up.
