⭐️ Employer address field
- Great news! The employer address now has it’s very on spot in the within the Party information pop up. Here’s how to find it!
⭐️ “Assigned to me only” Notifications
- Overwhelmed with assignment notifications? We’ve got you covered! You can now choose to only receive assignment notifications when a filing is assigned to you.
⭐️ “Status Change Date” added to dashboard columns
- Have you ever wished there was an easier way to see when a filing entered the submitted, accepted, or rejected status? Well, we’ve got great news! You can now see the date a filing changed to its current status directly from the dashboard thanks to the Status Change Date column. Keep in mind this is the date the filing entered that status in GovLink.
⭐️ New toolbar features on expanded filing
- We’ve added more tools at your fingertips! Check this out! After expanding any filing on the dashboard, you’ll now see additional tools that include viewing case details and copying the CSE number, civil action number, or GovLink ID to your clipboard.
⭐️ Last filter selection saved on dashboard
- If you’ve ever been clicking through different filings on the dashboard looking for a specific one only to have the dashboard filters refresh to the default with every click, you’ll know just how awesome this change is! You’ll no longer have to reset your dashboard filters every time you close a filing. Your filter selection will now be retained on the Filings dashboard until YOU decide to change it.
⭐️ Default workflow status
- This one will save you a few clicks! Gone are the days of having to set an initial workflow status before submitting. New filings will now have a default workflow status of “Unprocessed in CSE“.
⭐️ Ability to set workflow status filter to NONE
- When using the Workflow Status filter on the Filings dashboard, you can now filter to NONE to show only filings with no workflow status selected(if there are any).
