Report: Filing Document Type
1. Click the Reporting tab at the top of the screen.
2. Within the Family/ Domestic folder, click the Filing Document Types Report option.
3. Users will be able to generate a report based on the document type and will be able to filter the report based on the following criteria:
a. Document type: The Document Type field will filter the report to reflect the specific document type selected within the created date range
b. Filing Status: The Filing Status field will filter the report to reflect the filing status of the document type selected within the created date range
c. Filing Create Date: The Filing Create Date will filter the report to reflect the document type created within the date range selected
d. County: The county field will filter the report to reflect document types for specific locations within the specified created date range
e. Location: The location field will filter the report to reflect document types for specific districts within the specified created date range
4. Once the criteria has been selected, click “Generate.”
5. To export the report to an excel file onto your desktop, click “Export to CSV.”
