⚠️ Getting an “Oops” message when importing from File Director?

  • Looks like something didn’t quite work as expected! No worries, though—simply give it another go and try again. This pesky message is often the result of a connection timeout and a quick refresh of the page will have you back in business in no time! If you do still run into trouble, our concierge team is waiting in the chat bubble and happy to assist.

⚠️ Only the first page importing from File Director

  • Whoopsie… well, this is embarrassing. This issue is one that our team is working diligently to resolve. In the meantime, you may download your document from File Director and upload into GovLink.

⚠️Unknown Exception Occurredwhen clicking file.

  • While this error message seems scary, the solution is actually quite simple. This error occurs when one of your documents is a bit too large for the court’s eFiling system to receive. The first solution is to be sure you imported the documents from File Director and did not scan and upload them. Scanned documents tend to save in a larger file size. If you’re unable to upload from File Director, send over a message to us in the chat bubble and we’ll be happy to help you compress the file that is oversized.

⚠️ “Unknown Filing Codes not allowed” when clicking file.

  • It’s not you; it’s us… or maybe the court’s system. Either way, the court’s eFiling system expects filing codes coming from GovLink to match theirs, and sometimes, codes change. No worries though! Our concierge team can identify the filing code causing the problem and have you back on your way to eFiling in no time! Simply send us a chat when you get this error.
