Quick Guide: External – Create an Account

To create an account for an External User –

1. Visit http://gapsc.govlink.us/
2. Click “Sign Up”

1. Enter Username
2. Choose Password
3. Select Create Account

The account will be created, and the user will then have the ability to log in and submit filings.
